It will be much more expensive. You have another choice:

Take a taxi to Tianhuan Bus Station(天环客运站) and then catch airport shuttle bus to Beijing Capital Airport.

Airport shuttle bus: CNY 80. It takes around 2 hour and 30 minutes. The bus departs every hour from 4:00 to 18:00. The last one leaves at 18:30.

It seems there is not the service available. No worry, you can buy the ticket on the spot. It's not difficult to get.

we would like to take a bus from beijin city to tianjin cruise port.
where in the city i take the bus? how often it goes? how many hours it takes.
is there a website i can get the information?

Why not take train? Take inter-city trains from Beijing South Railway Station to Tanggu Railway Station and then take No.102 bus to Tianjin New Port(天津新港) where international cruise ships stop.

Train duration: about 1 hour.
Ticket: CNY 66 for second class and CNY 80 for the first class.
