Rafael van der Vaart played a hat-trick and the Captain Raul also scored two and Arjen Robben and Gonzalo Higuain made two goal. Now Raul's performance has made those who criticized him shut up. Last season, Raul played very well and helped Real Madrid claim the champions of Spain League. However, he seemed not in the form in previous two matches. The media started to criticize him for his bad performance. Some medias even said it was Raul who didn't want David Villa to join Real Madrid. Raul retorted this in an inerview and said that he welcomed Villa if he wanted to come to Real. At the same time, he said that he would play football for 3 years. 3 years later, he might retire from Real. He also said that he would get used to be a subsititute in future matches. You see, he is already 31 years old. It is hard for him to play as a core footballer all the time. Still now, he wishes that he could play for Spain, help Spain claim the World Cup. I guess the chance is very little now because he is a bit old now. Anyway, just hope that he can fulfill his wish.
