Did you talk about Pinghu(平湖) in Jiaxing(嘉兴) area?

Better land at Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport and then go to Hangzhou Railway Station to take D trains to Jiaxing. It costs 29 RMB (second class) and 35 RMB (first class). Then you can take No.5 bus from the railway station to North Bus Station. There you can take long distance bus to Pinghu. Or you can take No.33 bus from the railway station to West Bus Station and take bus to Pinghu from there.

Guangzhou is a bit far away from Ningbo. You can either go to Ningbo by train, bus or plane.

Plane: It is the fastest way. It takes less than 2 hours.
Train: Take [tcgurl=http://www.travelchinaguide.com/china-trains/display.asp?tp=1&to1=Ningbo&from1=Guangzhou&tstop=&trainno1=]K210/211[/tcgurl]. It leaves at 15:22 and takes around 23 hours.
Bus: It is a bit faster than train. The bus leaves at 13:10 at Tianhe Bus Station. The ticket is CNY 390.

there is a no any train can direct go to CIXI or Ninghai ,
Option1: take train from Guanghzou to {Ningbo,http://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/zhejiang/ningbo/}(cixi is a city which belong to Ningbo), after that take bus to Cixi, after cixi, take bus to Ninghai.
Option2: take train from {Shenzhen,http://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/guangdong/shenzhen/} to {Jinhua,http://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/zhejiang/jinhua/}(a city in zhejiang, near Cixi), after take bus to cixi, then Ninghai by bus as well.
