Braised noodles with mutton!

Braised noodles with mutton is one of my favourites. In Chinese, it is called 河南烩面 (He 2 Nan 2 Hui 4 Mian 4). I am going to share it with you, hehe. If you want to eat authentic Henan braised noodles with mutton, you should go to Zhengzhou. There are two famous noodle shop: He Ji and Xiao Ji Noodle Shops.

Xiaoxiao, if you like eating noodles, you should try Xin Jiang Ban Mian (noodles mixed with beef dices, green pepper etc). It tastes good too.

I love Xin Jiang Ban Mian. It is very delicious and not spicy. Braised flour slices is delicious too.
