Is it wrong to have milk and chocolate together?

Well, I used to like drinking chocolate flavoured milk. After San Lu scandal broke out, I seldom drink milk. Soy-bean milk is my favourite now.

I am sure big companies like Cadbury and Whittaker have their own food specialist(s) thus they produce milk chocolates of various kinds.

GUEST23822 It is not recommended that babies drink milk until after one years and at that point yes not on empty stomach. The formula or breastfeeding given to babies is generally called milk but is completely different in composition...even those who have had to resort to making formula for babies with milk as a base have to water it down or baby will throw up. But technically that is mixed with other things so not necessarily considered drinking on empty stomach.
