If he was asked to pick visa means he is given a visa, unless he is asked to take back his passport. Does he need to pay anything?

Hi, you can try to apply from the third country in this situation. But keep in mind that no one here can ensure you with the positive result because the visa officers have the final say to any application based on their own judgement.

GUEST17161 I received a star on my passport and a request to leave China in ten days for overstaying my visa as a result of a lost passport. I lost my passport right before the visa ran out. I took all the necessary precautions such as informing the police and embassy. I absolutely have to get back, my whole life is there: a girl I love, my job, my friends, everything. I`ve since come back to my home country, applied for a new visa with everything the agency asked me for including a letter of apology and I`ve just been rejected. What else can I do? Is it worth applying again? Should I try in Hong Kong or somewhere else? Should I get the company I work for to apply me for a work visa? Anything? Any answers are very appreciated

GUESTHUUR Birth certificates are not proof of idtntiey valid for travel under any circumstances anybody can apply for an official copy of anyone else's birth certificate. The US used to have a crazy system where a birth certificate could be used to visit neighboring countries, but it has now fallen into line with the rest of the world. A passport is now required to travel between countries (the US have introduced something called a passport card which is cheaper, but can only be used to travel overland (not flying) to Canada and Mexico, or by ship to the Bahamas and some Caribbean countries).

GUESTTEDDY BEAR Hi everyone, I have just been refused an 'L' visa for China, no reason given. I have almost filled my US passport (on it's last four visa pages!) with only Chinese visas! I have two questions, firstly how long do I have to wait before re-applying? Also I am a dual national, can I apply using my other passport which is brand new? My fiancée lives in China, all that I own is there! I need to get back ASAP! Any advice would be a bonus in my current situation! Thank you.

Ted,
Do you make sure that you provide all the documents they need? Except for the blank pages, your passport should be valid for at least six months. If you apply for double or multiple entries, the validity should be much longer.

Personally, I think you can use your brand new passport to apply again.

GUEST19676 Hi All,

I am Bahador from Iran. I have been invited for four months internship at Microsoft China. I applied for the F visa 2 days ago. I prepared all documents including Latest 3 months bank statement minimum transaction of 10,000 each month. The officer asked me to submit the bank balance with the minimum of 10000. I was not able to provide that and I submitted my documents. However, I got a supporting letter which stated that the company will financially support me during my stay in China. Is there any possibility that embassy rejects me?

thanks

GUEST34186 Hi everybody,

Thanks in advance for your time. I have a friend with a student visa that got denied from the university when trying to renew his visa as a student in China. From inside sources they said my friend has been "blacklisted" and no longer can study or apply for student visa in China... But, what are the chances of my friend leaving China and coming back with a work visa if a company in China supports all the way?
