When arriving Lowu MTR station you need to cross the border to Luohu (SZ). From there you can take the bus to Bao'an airport.

Hallo! Does this bus go at night? I'm landing at Shenzhen Airport at 11.00 pm, so I need to take the bus about midnight. If it doesn't work, how can I get to Hong Kong so late at night? Is it possible to take a Taxi? How much can it cost?

The Luohu border crossing closes at midnight anyway, so that's a no-go for you, you won't be able to get there in time.
Take a taxi to the Huanggang border crossing instead.

Most bus service ends at 11 pm. If your ETA is 23:00 then after immigration and othervthings, probably it will already be around midnight. Taxi to Huanggang Port is around RMB160-180 (with midnight fare). From there you can take bus, taxi or private car to HK. Private car you can negotiate. I have not had the experience travelling late at night, during the day is around HKD130 to the airport.

Shenzhen airport, I presume? From where in Hong Kong?
What time is your flight out from Shenzhen airport?
Also, how many of you are there and how much luggage will you have?

we're planning to go to hk from shenzhen airport. which transport should be best by ferry or bus to louhu border followed w/ mtr? and what's is the timespan for both. And does it work for return as well?

"Best" is subjective. What time does your flight arrive at Shenzhen airport? Where exactly in Hong Kong will you be going to?
