1) Have you booked the apartment?
2) How many days will you be staying in KL?
3) There are a few interesting places to visit, both KL and the new Federal Government Administrative Centre of Putrajaya

There are night markets around KL, such as China Town (where the prices are meant for visitors), national museum, national library, national art gallery (and a few other nationals). If you'd like to go to porch shopping da sha, you may go to The Pavilion in Bukit Bintang area, revolving restaurant at the KL Tower (need pre-booking). Through my observations, good branded laptops (notebooks) are cheaper than those sold in Huaqiang area of Shenzhen. You can also taste curry chicken bun (mianbao) claimed to be the biggest in the world (that weighs 1.5kg).

There's no apartment near the beach in KL. maybe near Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan which is 1.5 hrs drive by car from Kuala Lumpur (KL). Or perhaps the enchanted island of Redang in Terengganu that is about 500km away.

There are a few apartments in Port Dickson that costs around RMB400 per night, such as Glory Beach Resort, Paradise Lagoon, Bayu Beach Resort, etc. A lot of apartments to choose from but walk-in may cause a little high especially during this festive season.

Or you can also have a day trip there while staying in KL. Although we have holiday until Feb 16 but mostly some shops may close on Sunday Feb 14.
