Never mind, Atta. I don't know how to cook it. Just curious what it was. That's the most delicious Pakistan food I've had.

I wouldn't set picture here because you had promises, your pictures of sunrise. I am still waiting.

Dahi wale chawal Recipe

Ingredients :
Rice (basmati) 1 cup
Milk 1 glass
Ginger (chopped) 50 gms
Coriander greens as required
Green chillies 2-3
Curd 500 gms
Mustard seeds 2 tbsps
Groundnuts 2 tbsps
Curry leaves as required
Salt to taste
Method :
Put pan on stove and boil rice after cleaning and washing in plenty of water
When rice is cooked put rice and water in sieve to drain
Heat oil in karahi. Saute mustard seeds, Chopped green chillies and coriander greens, ginger, salt and curry leaves. Add cooked and drained rice
Gently mix with masaala with ladle handle or long knife. Add milk and curd. Remove from stove
Dahi wale chawal is ready. Serve hot in serving dish

Great tips!
After living here almost nine years, I find it is not easy to eat healthy in China if you eat outside (too much oil, salt, MSG), but it is easy to, if you cook at home. Many fresh veggies at the local markets, esp. here in Xiamen, I live next to the biggest open air food market in China (Kaihe road market). Lingyuxisu, if you make it to Xiamen, I would be glad to show you around...

Dear Atta,

I am sorry for letting you wait for so long. Last month I went to Ping Yao City and Wang's Compound. I planned to take some sunrise/sunset photos but the weathere wasn't good. I was a little busy recently and didn't upload these photos. But I uploaded some photos of night scene in Xian Qujiang Area.














Atta, I will keep my promise to upload sunrise photos.

I am glad that you like my pictures. Just wait for a while and I will upload more pictures. The tulips in the botanical garden look very beatiful too. You will see them very soon.
