GUESTGUEST123	I ordered package from China 15 days ago and received tracking number EE729118711CN,but when I try to track it via EMS.com.cn I receive message "No tracking information for the shipment, or overdue tracking.". Can anyone help me about this?

GUEST00193	i ordered a package from china and it was processed throough sort facilty on 12/18 at 4:24AM and never updated since. Where does the package go from here and when should I receive it in Maryland.

DAVIDLU Points: Join Date: Nov 26, 2012 Status: Offline	I think the parcels more than usual since Christmas in near. I seldom send by EMS if i can choose other shipping company. Different companies specilize in different routes, usually i pay on line by Tao Bao, since the payment has supervision under 3rd party so the shipping companies supply better sevice.

GUEST15253	I ordered a package on 12/12/12 and didnt receive my tracking number, after numerous requests, until 12/26/12. She gave me EE886906374CN. How can I tell what is going on with my package??? The site keeps hanging up and I cant tell what is going on. She said that I should receive my package within 7-10 days and it has already been longer than that. Thanks

When was your package sent out? Usually, it last for 3-4 days before you can track it on the EMS website.

Hello!I have a problem with my order, if you could exalpin me what happened, i would be very grateful. This is the sittuation: At 9th november I ordered a memory package and a swedish contingent coat. That order has the number 200010639. Then, i don't know why, it was canceled. So, this new order with the number 200010643 just appeared, i did nothing.I received the coat on the next tuesday, but not the memory package. I paid everything already with visa. I just wanted to know if i'll receive the memory package later, if this situation is normal or if something went wrong.Thank youMiss you all!

BBQQ Points: Join Date: Feb 7, 2007 Status: Offline	GUESTPAULA, Did you contact the seller? What did he say? If the seller sent both coat and memory package out, it was possibly that your memory package was lost.
