I ate fish-flavored shredded pork several times. It tastes sweet but a little sour. The eggplant with fishy flavour tastes similar to fish-flavored shredded pork, sweet but a bit sour. Both are Sichuan style dishes.

Tonight, I will try to make eggplant with fishy flavour. Wish me good luck.
