The 2012 US Presidential Election began on Jan.3 local time. The present president Obama is the only candidate of the Democrats. However, the Republicans haven’t had a competitive candidate to compete with Obama. It seems that Obama still has a chance to win his second term.

Do you think that Mr. Obama will win his second term as the US president?

I guess he will win his second term. As you said, there is no competitive rival yet. Although he hasn't pulled the US out of the recession, he still has many supporters.

How smart you are, Loki. You surprised me. It is impossible for a baby with diaper to know so many words. Honestly, I do not like men with diaper.

BBQQ, Loki isn't a kid. He is a man in baby's form. The USA economy is a mess. Who are willing to clear up the mess?

The washingtonpost reports that the White House fakes the unemployment rate. According to the White House, the UR dropped to 8.5 percent in December. But someone claims that the real UR of the December is 15.2 percent.

If it was real, Mr. Obama will lose his supporters.

I think that he has tried his best to do his job. Making policies to tax more on the rich people and decreasing the deficit......He is trying to do something.

Well yes he's trying but that's not good enough for me! he has to be more tough and take on the congress more!

so far, for me at least- he's actually been quite a disappointment! I had high hopes but at the end of the day he's still just a politician and nothing can change that fact!

Mark, the president just serves the people who have sponsored him to be the president.
