Wish your dream came true. I will try my best to seek great opportunities. But it is much easier for foreigners. Being a TESL teacher is easy.

My friend is a salesperson in the supermarket. He earns 80-90 rmb per day. Not long ago, their company recruited four Russian girls to promote their products. You know how much they earn per day? 400 rmb. They do the same job but he earns 1/5 of those Russian girl's daily wage. Unfair!

Teaching is an art. Doesn't mean someone with PhD in English can teach English well or Chinese that teaches Putonghua well. I have a Chinese friend that I treated like a niece who teaches English in China at a monthly salary of RMB5000 while an English native gets RMB12000 (exclude house rent and other perks). This Chinese girl needs to pay her house rent, electricity, medical, etc on her own. Fair?

I speak my native language very well, and I also did well in my examinations. But I can't really teach. I'd rather teach information storage and retrieval studies than teaching my native language. One girl, graduated in Electronic Engineering from Sichuan University but she teaches Putonghua in one of the Malaysian public universities.
