On March 23, a patient killed a doctor and injured three doctors and nurses at a Harbin hospital. Tencent, one of the most popular website, conducts a survey regarding of this matter. 6161 particpants participate in the survey. 4018 feel ‘happy’, 879 feel ‘angry’, 410 feel sorry and 258 feel ‘compassionate’. The survey conveys the conficts between the doctors and patients vividly. That patient went to the hospital several times but his illness was not cured yet. He doubted the doctors didn’t treat him very well. Thus, he stabbed an intern to death. However, the intern was innocent because he didn’t treat that patient before. The conficts between the doctor and the patient have occurred frequently in recent years in China. Some doctors ask ‘red envelopes’ or prescribe expensive medicine to the patients to benefit themselves. It is those doctors who disappoint the patients. As a result, the patients feel that all doctors are untrusted. Are there any conflicts in your country? Do you hate the doctors?

Why do they prescribe expensive medicine? Because they can draw some percentages from the medicine. Why do the patients give red envelopes? They are worried that the doctor might not do their best to treat them if they don't give.

You wouldn't have felt strange if you were an ordinary Chinese and went to the hospital for several times. You can not imagine how difficult it is for an ordinary Chinese who doesn't have "relation" and money to see the doctors.
