I prefer to eat soya-sauce-marinated chicken feet very much. Unfortunately, most of them are made without their nails cut. But it won't prevent me eating them.

There are many types of dishes I learnt for cooking chicken feet. The Thai chicken feet salad is also tasty. Most ingredients are onion, chili, tomato, coriander leaf, lemon grass, lime (fruit), oyster sauce and a pinch of salt.

China is a very nice country with a diverse culture and tradition. What I like the most about China is it's food and tea. Chinese food is one of the most delicious cuisine across the globe.
