I am not sure if they drive to pass through the roundabouts. If not, they really should have driven there and experience how difficult it is.

Wan, I really have seen too many traffic accidents there. When traffic accidents happen, traffic jam occurs. Too bad.

Here is what happened at the Bell Tower roundabout. A girl who just got her driver license for six months drove to pass through the roundabout. She drove around the bell tower for 26 laps but failed to get out because there were too many cars whose driver jumped ahead of her. Then she cried and called 110 for help.

Can you feel how frustrated she was?

It's not about the traffic congestion. Girls are timid. She is a green driver might be afraid of accidents on the road. If you want to be a good driver, you have to have a thick hide. The drivers on the road are not friendly. Once your engine cuts out, the drivers behind you blow his horn and urge you to go. Some even get out and curse at you. In this situation, the green-hand drivers are nervous.

Most of the time, congestion in Kuala Lumpur was caused by ingrate drivers, who jumped queues, waving through lanes, did not give signals when changing lanes, those on the right wanted to go on the left and left wanted to go to the right, speeding above the speed limit, beating traffic lights, etc.

Wan, it also happens in China. No matter how serious punishments are, there are still drivers who break the rules.

Yes. Take drunk driver for example. In China, drunk drivers are detained less than 15 days and fined CNY 2000. Also, their driver license will be suspended for six months. If the drunk driver is fined and detained for two times in a year, his driver license will be revoked and he can not apply for a new one in five years.

Right now, China is considering of revising the rules. I suggest the drivers who drive after drinking alcohol (no matter they are drunk or sober) should be forbidden to drive in their rest lives.

Suggestion is suggestion. I am hoping that the law can be implemented very well. This is the key.
