Damn it! Why are they treated better? Here in China, most females have three-month maternity leave. They just earn basic salary during this time. If you meet the late childbearing policy, you will get 15 days more.

Husband will get 7 days of paid leave (including Saturday and Sunday) when a wife gives birth.

The local governments have their own stipulations. Usually, husbands will get 7-10 days leave. In my area, husbands who meet the requirements of "late marriage and late childbirth" will get 10 days leave. I am not sure if it is paid leave. Some people wrote online that their wages during the leave were deducted.

Wan, the stipulations sound good but they are not implemented very well.
