Both in DShenzhen and Guangzhou, they have special shop selling Changfen. Soem restaurants in Hong Kong include changfen as part of their dim sum delicacies.

You are correct. But it is actually different from Dian Xin I eat. The moon-cakes and green bean cakes are also called Dian Xin.

This is Dim Sum Breakfast in HK.

One canteen in HK starts its business from 10 am, probably it's meant for brunch and not breakfast. Its dimsum is one of the best.

Do you have some photos? Is the dim sum you ate the same as that in the photo?

I will be in HK on June 28 and June 30 will move to Shenzhen. It's a pity I can't send you some by post unless they have frozen dimsum packed in polystyrene. The restaurant that I used to frequent doesn't have the polystyrene box.

Having no polystyrene box is not the main reason... as I am always on the move, my time is very limited, as I need to assist one business friend to negotiate on a few things, then to Guangzhou for my traditional health checks.
