I can get the dried red dates from many Chinese Medical Halls, cheaper than supermarkets. In my hometown, Chinese traditional doctor is called sinseh while in Putonghua is called yisheng.

It's good. Goji can also be bought in the Chinese medical halls too. Wanhu, did you go to the Chinese Medical Halls?

I am waiting for your good news. Please do tell me once you make red date yogurt successfully.

The Arabs like to eat yoghurt too, usually with bread. The original yoghurt is called laban while milk is called halib. Before i never like yoghurt without flavouring but now after visiting some Arab countries, I can take it anytime, in fact yoghurt is good against heat.

Wan,

Yoghurt in Arab countries must be authentic. The red date yoghurt you bought in the supermarket should be "yoghurt drink".
