Yes, I got my cellphone during my third year in college. After graduation, I got a job and bought a laptop two years later. My sister got her cellphone when she entered the college and a laptop during her third year in college. Her laptop was bought by my dad and me. Of course, I paid a certain amount of money for her laptop.

Yes, indeed! From the year I graduated from university, I started to support my family with my monthly salary. It counts even I earn not much.

For everyone who helped us out in difficulties, they deserve to be rewarded.

Raindrop,

You are an example for others. Our parents do their best to raise us and it's time for us to support our families.

Just imagine how my mother raised and upbrought ten of us after the demise of my father. She toiled hard to make a living, and she didn't have formal education, just a fulltime housewife.

Wan, your mother is so great. There are lots of women who just as your mom decades ago in China before the birth control. People are poor at that time, parents can only do their best to feed their children. Education is such a luxury! My mom is no.9 of her family. Only her two brothers got chance to attend school.

Enid, all (10) of us did manage to attend schools, but only the last four managed to attend tertiary education. My sister no. 8 became subject specialist in mathematics, while my brother no, 7 did his postgraduate in civic design. We took care of our mother until she passed away last December at the age of 95.

She is great. I can't imagine how she could raise you guys up and let you receive education. My parents are farmers. They two did their best to let me and my sister to receive tertiary education at college. My father went back home to support our big family when he was in the second year of middle school. Here is another reason 'cultural revolution' and I don't want to go any further here.
