Foreigners may not eat fish head. But it is a reputable dish in China.

Actually, I like them all. The first one is the hottest. Last time I ate it in Awao, it is memorable until now. We ordered noodles for the dish, but the chili made the noodles hot as well. I believe we all overate that night because of it.

We have ma po doufu quite a lot, its my taitais favourite and one of the dishes I can cook well

I used to eat with noodles too. It made me sweat a lot.

PS: I missed the Hotpot in Chongqing. It tastes very hot too.
