What do you think of breast feeding in public?

China is producing a lot of IT products but it doesn't move with the development. No doubt Hukou is important to the Chinese, but it can be produced, done and retrieved electronically. Shenzhen is world's silicone valley but making passport people still have to return to their hometowns.

Some people are calling on a reform on Hukou Registeration System. But no actual action has been taken. Except the passport application, Chinese students have the same problem. If you have a Shanghai Hukou and study at a high school of Beijing, you have to go back to Shanghai to take part in the college entrance examinations because you have a Shanghai Hukou.

Currently, the Ministry of Education is considering of a reform. In the future, there might be no limitation on Hukou. The students who are in the situation above needn't go back to SHanghai to partpcipate in the college entrance examinations.
