Goose liver is a famous dish in French cuisine. But will you try goose liver after you know how it is gained?

It's said that the farms put tubes into the geese's throats and force them to eat. Each goose eats more than 10 kilograms food each day. After four weeks, the geese's livers become fatter and larger than before. Then they are taken out and made into delicious dish. You may not know that the geese become too fat to walk and even can not breath smoothly.

Do we have to ban goose liver on table?

Probably, we have to ban pork and beef too because they are killed painfully.

Wan, you hurt the trees even you eat their leaves. I guess that we should learn from the Muslims. They pray before killing cattle and sheep.

Do you know why the pray? They pray that the cattle and sheep won't be cattle and sheep in next life.

I'd prefer to search first then ask some knowledgeable Muslims, especially academicians.

Wan, I found that Muslim beef were more expensive than ordinary beef. Last time, I bought 500 grams Muslim beef. It cost me nearly CNY 40. 500 grams ordinary beef costs less than CNY 20.

You know why? Moslem people prayed before killing beef cattle. That's why they are more expensive.
