What a genius! Is this yellow winding sidewalk especially designed for the blinds to do physical exercise?

The builder might want to protect the trees and didn't think of the blind. Here in Xian you can see a lot of cars stop on the sidewalk for the blind. In this way, they need not pay the parking fee. Some of them are police cars.

Lonely, you mean drivers stop their cars for the blinds they don't have to pay parking fee?

Yes, there are parking areas on the roads but the drivers have to pay parking fees. Thus, some drivers occupy the sidewalk for the blind because it is free to park on the sidewalk.

Next time, I might take a picture of a 'busy scene' at a residential building where traffic polices live. Near the entrance of the buidling is a bus station. The traffic police (maybe their families) stop their cars randomly on the narrow road outside the building. As a result, the public buses can not stop at the bus station and traffic jam occurs frequently.
