| Usually when I make chicken feet salad, the basic ingredients will be tomato, lemon grass, onion/shallot, coriander leaf, fish sauce, oyster sauce and lime juice. Add chili to taste. The feet are cleaned and deboned, boiled until tender then mix with the ingredients. Wan |
