Nobody,

Did you you study in Chinese colleges? How do you know there are hostels around the colleges?

During my third year of college life, we were transfered to the new campus which was very far from the downtown area of the city. There were just two villages around us. Just in a year, many small hostels and restaurants appeared on the villages. Some students lived together at the hostels in the villages though our college disallowed students to live outside campus.

I didn't know how much economic profits we brought to the villagers.

If the students want to go out, they will do their best and finally find a way out no matter what management you have. Some girls are really good climbers. They can climb the wall easily and then get out.

It's parents responsibilities to equip kids with all the necessities physically and intellectually to 'fight' or 'bet' their future during the period of high education!
