It indeed tastes well. People from north likes this chang fen also. But it is not popular at north, just like dumplings(饺子)not popular also here at south. However, many foreign people likes dumplings also. It is rare at South East Asia also. I ever ate at China Town Manila, one dumpling they charge 1 RMB, the owner was said coming from Shang Hai, while Chang Fen there can be found also at Hong Kong people running restaurant.

ok, a lunch will cost me more than 20 RMB there. I am wondering if the size of the dumpling the same as what we eat within China?

Usually, 1 liang contains four dumplings. My male friends usually order 4 liang and I, 3 liang is enough.

1 liang = 4 dumplings, 3 liang means 12 dumplings.

Completely right. When I was in college, dumplings were made bigger than those made today. 12 dumplings were enough. But now I guess I have to take 4 liang at least. Some restaurants don't increase the prices very much but they changed the size of the dumplings.

Yes, very true. Or they just thicken dumpling wrappers with less stuffing.
