Those 45-day chicken weighs about 1 kilograms. The family-fed chickens are much heavier than them. My family once raised a cock. It had hot temper. No matter who approached him, he just pecked him. For this reason, I was very afraid of going to the toilet. My dad sold it a few days later. It weighed about 2 kilograms.

Today, it is too difficult to find a chicken that weighs about 2 kilograms.

How lucky you are! The chicken bought from the supermarkets don't have tempting fragrance after being cooked.

Not many people are interested to rear chicken anymore because they are busy with their work, as well as they can't travel far. They need to feed the chicken. (Unless they rear chicken commercially with workers to take care of).

It's a pity. In remote rural areas of China, young people also go out to work to make money. They don't want to stay at home because their villages are too poor.

What will happen if all the farmers enter the cities to work? No one cultivate crops and what would we eat in the future?

Wan, China has imported soybean from the US for a long time. I don't think importing soybean and other grain is a good idea. But what can we do if our food production can't meet our demand?

Especially the fragrant rice. 5 kilograms costs more than CNY 100 in the supermarket. But I can't tell if it is authentic Thai fragrant rice.
