Rain,

According to my colleagues, thermal container can be used in summer. Here is the easy way to check if the thermal container can work. Put hot food in the container and touch the surface of the container. If the surface turns hot, there must be something wrong with the thermal container. A good thermal container never become hot after you put hot food in it.

Why? The food is isolated from the outer world because of the vacuum.

Sleep early, rest more, and find good thermal food container. It should keep your food warm for 8 hours.

Thank you, Wan. Fresh food is better than reserved food. A shopping mall near my company will be open very soon. There are some restaurants. I will think of going there to have lunch.

I seldom consume food in Chinese restaurants as they seem too happy with MSG, salt that does't taste salty which is hazardous to those having hypertension.

I can taste MSG in most of the dishes which I do not like too. But I am wondering what is the salt that does't taste salty? then why did they use it when cook dishes?
