In GZ last month I saw one door, nicely polished stainless steel double-layered tempered glass but it was meant for bulk purchase. How unfortunate, I just wanted to buy one for my front door. I'm renovating my house.

Guang Dong? It does not stand for quality, does it. Do they have their own designers, qualified QA and competitive price?

As I know (kindly correct me if I'm wrong), GZ is a business centre for everything, eventhough the products are not produced there. Many foreign business people throng GZ to get supplies, even building materials. From the product catalogues, most products are almost identical, the only difference, names of the proprietors stamped on the catalogues. Competitive price, yes, qualified QA? I don't really know. Even spare parts from the factory I don't really know if they have QC standards.

GUEST24212 Wan,

Buying a door from a supplier outside your local area is full of faults.

First there is the Shipping costs, customs (if any), and other costs unrelated to the product itself.

Next, there is the installation, fitting and modification costs.

And don't forget about the return policy, which is just about non existing.

Finally, there is no warranty, no guaranty - so you're on your own.

It's better to find a door at a local store.
