| My house is 99 years of lease hold. But we have other law that provides assurance that the tenants will not be evicted after it has reached 99 years. Even squatters have their rights in the eyes of the law what more for duly purchsed houses. Wan |

| Wan, There is also a property law. It says that "the land use right will be automatically extended after 70 years." However, there is no law or regulation that tells people how to extend. |

| Wan, Due to some reasons, the land use right of some lands already came to the end. But we all don't know how these lands were dealt with because no related detailed regulations have been published. The property law to me is useless. |
