It seems HK Fried Rice is quite famous, even in GZ but then I am not so much into rice but noodles. I try to minimise my carbohydrate intake, sometimes if I do eat rice, I would use basmathi rice which is very expensive in China because it is imported from either India or Pakistan.

Haha, I talked about Hong Hong fried rice. It's very enjoyable when you eat Hong Hong fried rice and drink a cup of plum juice.

In Malaysia we have Singapore fried rice, Hong kong fried rice, China fried rice and even USA fried rice. You may try apple plum juice served chilled.

In fact, plum juice is served chilled at Hong Hong Fried Rice Restaurant. But I am not sure if they really make plum juice from plum. There is a kind of plum powder that is mixed with some additives. Many restaurants just pour some "plum powder" into cool boiled water to make plum juice.

There are two types of plum juice, i) from the dried plums, and ii) from the chilled or frozen plums. You may choose either or both. If you come to Malaysia we have many kinds of fruits juice for you to consume, without sugar added. One cup of mango juice is RMB6.
