This is a sculpture at Flaming Mountains (火焰山) Scenic Area of ‪Turpan‬, ‪Xinjiang‬. Do you find anything wrong with it? Yes, her breast. It was “naked” due to the continuously touching by tourists. One thing to be noted is that its surface temperature is at least 150 F these days.

Mentioning of Turpan, I did go to Turpan restaurant not far from Niu Jie Road in Xuanwu District. They told me it's an authentic Xinjiang cuisine.

OMG! I really want to know who dare to touch the most sensitive area of her body? If I am correct, the surface temperature in the Flaming Mountain is more than 70 degrees. Aren't they afraid of getting their hands burnt?

Maybe visit during autumn when the air is cooler. Or perhaps during winter?

Wan,

Winter is not a good time to go there. The temperature in summer and winter is totally different. In summer, it can rise to at least 40 degrees. In winter, it drops under zero degree. The lowest is -20 degrees.

I was in Beijing in 2010, and brought my two friends to see Great Wall, and the temperature was -20C

If the temperature was minus 20C in the city, it should have been much colder on the Great Wall. I am sure that they will not forget their Great Wall Journey. Too impressive.

I have been to China many times, but I just don't like crowded places, thus going to the Great Wall, once is enough for me. If not because of my two friends, I wouldn't go there at all.

Wan,

I don't like crowded places too. That's why I never go out during the May Day and National Day Hoidays.
