Hi there, my name is Judy Feng Liu. I currently live in Shanghai, China. But my hometown is Shenyang, which is the capital of Liaoning Province.

Liaoning Province is located in the southern part of Northeastern China.



Speaking of Northeast China, you might know that there are various delicious foods. So, please allow me to introduce our Northeastern cuisines to all of you who like tasty foods. And therefore allow me to show you how to cook these recipes.



Apart from showing you the recipes and pictures of those foods, I will also make videos of them. Plus, I will tell you a Chinese story at the end of every dish’s recipe. I think and I hope they will help teach you how to start making these same meals in the comfort of your own home.

1. 五百克羊肉片(你可以把它换成你喜欢的肉片,比如牛肉片或鸡肉片。)

wǔ bǎi kè yáng ròu piàn(nǐ kě yǐ bǎ tā huàn chéng nǐ xǐ huan de ròu piàn, bǐ rú niú ròu piàn huò jī ròu piàn.)

五百克羊肉片(你可以把它換成你喜歡的肉片,比如牛肉片或雞肉片。)

500g mutton slices (You can according to your like to choose the meat slices, such as beef slices and chicken slices)

I did browse your and searching for your blog then a few articles caught my eyes and kept me reading, burning the midnight oil, especially on Asian Culture and Business. I'm now in Zhengzhou and do not have enough time to read some of your interesting articles. But then perhaps when I reach Xi'an on April 2nd, I may have ample time to pleasure myself with your interesting articles.

cǐ cài shì yóu zhū dì gēn jù chuán tǒng “hóng shāo ” tǔ dòu, wài jiā zhū dì de gè rén xǐ hào ér lái.

此菜是由株棣根據傳統“紅燒土豆”,外加株棣的個人喜歡而來。

Judy cooks this dish according to the traditional stewed potatoes recipe with her own personal changes.





此菜特点:让您同时拥有了美味与营养。土豆、肉和香菜的香味很好地融合到一起,

cǐ cài tè diǎn: ràng nín tóng shí yōng yǒu le měi wèi yǔ yíng yǎng.

tǔ dòu hé xiāng cài de xiāng wèi hěn hǎo de róng hé dào yì qǐ,

吃一口,在回味到了西餐中土豆泥的美味之外,还感受到了中餐的味道。

chī yì kǒu, zài huí wèi dào le xī cān zhōng tǔ dòu ní de měi wèi zhī wài, hái gǎn shòu dào le zhōng cān de wèi dào.

The characteristics of this dish:This dish is both delicate and nutritious. The fragrance of potato, meat and coriander mix well together, take a bite, you will taste the flavour of Chinese food while you will be left with the aftertaste of Western-style mashed potato.
