Hi all..
Sorry to keep you waiting for answers..
I just like to be 100% certain that what I write here is the truth (and nothing but the truth) :)

I have been communicating with this Travel Agency for a long time now.
As the precious persen that I am, I have been investigating and trying to confirm that this is a legit firm and that I could trust them with all the money needed for my girlfriend to get her VISA to Sweden.

For a Schengen VISA (VISA for Sweden and some more countries) my girlfriend needed the following:
- Passport
- Medical exam
- boked and payed ticket (with return ticket)
- Account with money covering the stay here (in Sweden around 30USD/day)
- Travel insurance covering minimum 3000USD medical emergency.

As my girlfriend had sent all her money to her family in the Philippines, she had almost nothing at hand.
So.. for me in total with tickets and everything I was looking for a bill at 13000$ for one year.

That i would never pay to a company without any insurance that it would go as planed...

After a long time of investigation and trying to confirm this company I finally gave up..
To get her here I needed to just trust them and see if it would pay out..

But we went for a 90day VISA to get the amount lower.
(The money that she needs on the account will never be used for anything and she can take it with her when she comes here. The Agency will help her getting a travelers check in my name from the bank when she close the account.)

I transfered the money and everything so far has work perfect.
We have not got the answer from the Embassy but it should arrive any day now.

The day that my girlfriend has the answer from the Embassy I will write here to you all that this company is legit and that its safe to trust them in helping you all.

Now I know that it would have been so much easier to go there and just bring her home my self.
That way we would already be together and probably for much longer than 90 days.

Ok.. Thats all for now.
I will post here when the Embassy has answered.
Because, for me that is the final proof that the Agency has done everything that they told us they would do.
Other than that, its up to "you" to trust the girl you are talking to.. If you have thoughts about that as well, then I suggest that you make the travel and meet her in person.)

A tip:
My girlfriend told me that she did not have a camera to use in "Skype" and that the network was so slow that it could not take the video feed.
Go to your local electronic supplier and get a sheep camera with an USB cable for transferring photos from the camera to the computer. Then send the camera to her at her employers adress.
That way you can tell here to take a photo while talking or chatting in Skype, or during her day.
That also give you more to talk about and its really nice to get some photos of her "kissing" you good night :)

This is what I did to be certain that she where the person she claimed to be.
And it gave me so much more confidens. /N.

Happy day :)

My girlfriend has her VISA issued and ready to come here :)

Then I can tell all of you that, despite having a terrible customer as I have been, with all the misstrust and everything...

Shenzhen Trust Travel And Tours are a legit and service minded company that you can count on for your travel and VISA arrangements.

Now when its all done, They really did go a long way in helping my girlfriend, drove her around and fixed both passport issues, backdated bank accounts, and getting the correct application.

Im to happy to sit here and write... Ill come back here later.. :)

GUESTJR I guess I am in a similar situation...
However, I have made a first payment (visa, doctor and fee) by bank transfer. That works.
And yes, the bank account is at a private name at Postal Savings Bank of China, but knowing the difficult legalities in China, I am not surprised.
It MAY be a scam (and probably is). However, I am prepared to "risk" $1750 to see it through. If it is a scam, so be it, and I will publish that scam all over the web!
I have contacted the Portuguese Embassy in china about the visa requirements, but still wait answer.

GUEST89373 my gf used them and got to the airport with everything in place but then immigration would not let her board because she didn't have show money. she called me crying form the airport and had to miss the flight. so I emailed Cheng Liu about it and when he replied the next day he advised she will need 3,000 USD cash with her for show money to board the plane. so he is saying if I wire the money then she can pick up her new plane ticket and the money and they will escort her to the airport and get her on the plane then once she is here she will just give me the 3,000 USD cash since she will have it with her once she gets that at their office with the plane ticket. I tried to call both international numbers listed on their web site and I cannot get through to them at all via phone. so I am leary of wiring 3,000 USD to them and then never hear from my gf again. anyone can email me yahoo.com|randyman_ky and I can exchange/compare pics to see if the same girl, if they want. goes by rizza but then the last email from cheng liu used the name jessa and said it was a typo when I emailed them back asking you jessa is? anyone knows for sure if this is real or scam, please let me know.

WARNING:
Reply from an immigration lawyer based in China:

"I hate to be the bearer of bad new, but this is a scam. I seriously doubt that she has a visa and there is definitely no requirement that one carry cash in order to be able to leave the country.
The US consular officer when reviewing a visa application look to see if the person has sufficient means of paying for their holiday without needing to engage in unlawful employment while on holiday. But the Chinese government would have no care or interest in such a matter and therefore has no laws about their citizens having cash in any amount on their person in order to leave the country.

http://travel.state.gov/pdf/international_financial_scams_brochure.pdf

This scam is most frequent in Africa and I am seeing more of it in China and Russia lately."

You have been warned!

One way to check it LOCALLY is to call on this site (china tour guiddes) and ask for a local to VISIT the intended "friend", take pictures and details. Much cheaper than the "visa" and "flight". Classic response is a "my employer forbids visits"...

Hello everyone,

Niko we are all waiting to see if Daphne actually makes it to Sweden with you. (i pray for you that it goes without a hitch) One of the other postings described how his woman at the airport was denied to travel because she didnt have enough money. I was scammed exactly how he descibed it. I did everything, paid thousands. She told me she got visa however at the airport she was held up and told she didnt have enough cash to travel. Called me crying (stop me if this sounds familier) from the airport and I was told I needed to send another $3000. I decided no F--ing wayi am sending more money. At that point after investing 6 months of my life and the expeneses involved realized that i was just punched in the face, stepped on and scammed. Never heard from her again.

The lawyer who posted a couple of days ago indicated this is a popular scam now and the girls are just so good at it. I just told my girl in china that the only way i am going to do this is if she flys back to the phillipines and I will fly there and spend a month together, meet the family, etc. I sense her hesitation and i am now deciding of dropping her. It's not worth the risk anymore to me. It's the wild west out there brothers.

Guys, lesson learned. I really feel bad for my friend Niklas. They took advantage of his sincerity and trust. M--F---ckers.

We should all meet in August in Cebu and have the time of our lives for 2 weeks and just monger. Anyone interested let me know. China is now off the list, unless they want to return back to the phils and meet you in person (still with your guard up) then forget bringing them from china. Dont let their age and beauty trap you my friends.

Niklas, life is about living and giving. You just gave so time to live and monger.

I did try to send the money for the flight.
My BANK refused to do the transfer, telling me that a FRAUD was in progress...
Means something, does it not?
