1) Definitely St. Paul's Church. The rest is up to you.
2) For TurboJet, they sail throughout the night, with departures (after midnight) at 0030, 0100, 0130, 0230, 0300, 0400, 0600 and 0630. For CotaiJet, they also sail throughout the night, but with less departures (after midnight) at 0100, 0300 and 0500. For First Ferry, last sailing is at 2230.
3) Depends on your budget, duh!
4) You take the MTR to either Lo Wu or Lok Ma Chau. The border at Lo Wu closes at 0000 midnight, while Lok Ma Chau is 24-hour. What time the last train leaves to either point is obviously dependent on where you're taking it from, duh!

3) well, for my 3rd question, let say i'm looking for budget hostel,
so the budget is around 20$ per night, and maybe at kowloon area.

thanks again in advance

According to http://www.trans-island.com.hk/eng/china-line_xgd.htm there're direct buses from Shenzhen airport to Hong Kong Disneyland, though you'll need to go through immigration at the Huanggang border, apparently?
Departures every 30 mins from 0930 to 1400, fare is 150 RMB.

The earliest bus starts from Shenzhen Futian at 0600 and takes 1.5 hours to reach Hong Kong airport. Hopefully that's not too late for you.
There're people dying in every single country in the world. Does that mean you're going change your place of residence/travel to some other planet?
