青椒土豆丝 ... i usually smoke the 花椒 a bit in a dry pan, then grind it up in a mortar and pestle... cut 1 potato in thin long sticks, cut 青椒 also into thin slices/strips, then stir-fry the potato a little until it's half-cooked (low enough heat so it doesn't brown much), add 青椒 and almost fully cook it, then add 2 spoons of dark 山西醋, 1 spoon of soy sauce, some 朝天辣椒 flakes, 1 spoon of sugar, cook a little more and finally mix in the ground 花轿 (about half spoon of it), then eat this with rice simple, cheap dish to make

Shivah, I am sorry for replying so late. Here is the recipe. Raw materials: 3 eggs, 150 grams tomatos, 4 tablespoons edible oil, salt, MSG and 1 tablespoon sugar. Step 1 Wash tomatos first, quick-boil in boiling water and then get rid of the skin and cut them into pieces. Step 2 Beat eggs in a bowl, add salt and then stir them very well. Step 3 Heat 3 tablespoons edible oil and fry eggs. Step 4 Heat the remaining oil, fry tomatos, add salt and sugar in. Then add fried eggs in and stir-fry them together. Note: This dish is easy to make. However, not everyone can make it perfectly. Just have a try.

Well, I am not fond of sour food so that I don't like tomato very much let alone Braised Beef Brisket with Tomato. If Beef Brisket is cooked with other vegetables, I would try some.
