I used to study animal husbandry when I was in school, but not much to learn anyway. We just focussed on ruminant animals.

Ruminant animals have four compartments of its stomach. In some countries like India, they prefer buffalo meat than ox meat. The texture of the buffalo meat is coarser than the ox meat.

As a matter of fact, I do not know what kind of beef I eat. Last week, I used beef to make a soup. It wasn't successful because I added too much salt and other seasonings. It tasted bitter.

Lonely, it's strange tatse indeed, because too much salt would make it saltier not bitter. Haha.
