| I wouldn't give RMB100 to learn how to eat the European way. Every nation has its own culture, though not wrong to learn but protocol is meant for aristocrats and not a layperson like me. BBQQ, maybe you can start a course for foreigners of Chinese fine dining, how to use the chopsticks properly, what clothes they should wear during dinner, how to take food from the table, etc., instead of black tie dinner. In international four-star (and above) hotels, we don't have to learn how to arrange the glass, water goblet, fork, spoon, knife and napkin. All will be arranged by the said establishment. Wan |
