Wan,

How could he makes it to raise 8 children and send six of them to study school? Does Malaysia has free education for the kids? CNY2000 is not enough to pay my rent and support one-month food.

Malaysia provides almost free education from kindergarten to School Certificate level. Only when they enter college then they need to pay, mostly by borrowing money from Fund Education. Singles food (rice, fried egg, a portion of vegetable, blank soup, and warm water) is MYR2 or equivalent to RMB4, for dinner.

My interpretation: Malaysia has 15 years free education (3 years in kindergarten, six years in prmiary, six years in middle school).

China just have 9 years free education (six years in primary school and three years in junior middle school).

Each country has its own priority. For selected excellent students, they will be given scholarship by the government to further their studies to the highest tertiary education.

In some places, 12 years (even 15 years) free education have been given to the local students. Fugu County in Shaanxi is one of the 100 richest counties in China. It firstly introduced 12 years free education (six years in primary school, 3 years in junior middle school and 3 years in high school). Then the county expanded the free education to 15 years including 3 years in kindergarten.

I wish that my kids could enjoy free education until he/she finishes the tertiary education. Haha.

I never attended kindergarten, which is never a compulsory. Today most children undergo 2 years in preschool, 6 years in primary, 5 years in secondary. After the School Certificate Examination, if good results they can go to certain colleges, while not so good will continue for another 2 years for Higher School Certificate Examination which basically almost free education.
