Haha, Do you have a gun, Wan? Are Malaysians forbidden to own guns like Chinese people?

Dear BBQQ If you have a licence it's not forbidden to own a gun. For those having estate (more than 100 acres of land) you may apply for gun licence to hunt predators. If you're a millionaire you may also apply for handgun licence to protect yourself from robbers and muggers. I am a poor old man who hardly make ends meet. No robber would give me a second look. How could I own a gun? Haha. Wan

Wan, The thieves don't know you are a poor man. In case of danger, it is better to have a gun in hands. However, don't use it when you are full of anger. Otherwise, you will make serious result.

Thieves are professionals, dear BBQQ. They know who have money and who son't have. They have natural instincts. We do not live in the Old West where gun speaks louder. In the Old West there were gunslingers and the owlhoots. Those were the days. Wan

Oops, finally have spare time to come here. Wan, Thieves don't steal on the base of their natural instincts. Instead, they spy on the target community many times. They do leave some symbols on the wall or somewhere. Ordinary people can't understand what these symbols mean. For example, the diamond pattern means "empty apartment or house". A cross pattern means "Mission begins".

You must have read novels. In real life, thieves do plan but they never leabe any signs. Only some predators who leave signs for someone to challenge their intelligence. Last July a 27 year-old man tried to force-entry his neighbour's house but was stuck between the grille's sharp bars and died. The house was empty as the owner was visiting a friend and came back five hours later, near sunrise. When he saw ths, he called the police and the latter called an ambulance. Instead of apologising for his eldest son's misbehaviour, he sued the neighbour for installing dangerous steel bars but was rejected by the court. Wan

Wan, The thief deserves that and the owner did nothing wrong. The steel bars are equipped to defend the thieves. Wan, I didn't lie to you. The police have confirmed that the thieves leave signs on the targets' houses. They are not fools. They spy on the targets for some days and make sure the best opportunity to steal.

I understand that dear BBQQ but not all thieves leave tell-tale signs. When I was with the Public Administration Training Institute, we had close rapport with the officers from the police force. During tea break, we used to share stories, including the thieves' modus operandi. Wan

Well, I think that the police know very well about the thieves' modus operandi. They can tell from the thief on the bus from other passengers easily. Wan, The police launch special actions to combat the thieves at the end of every year. They pretend like ordinary passengers on the bus and catch the thieves when they start to steal the passengers.
