Maybe the officers thought majority of the Chinese are ruthless? Don't they know those having knives for illicit intention would conceal them somewhere?

Wan,

They don't use their heads to think about this question. You know what they use? Their asses. The easiest way is to put a guard on each bus. His responsibility is to check those passengers who bring large luggage. It's more effective than stopping pople buying petrol.

Wow, now we have bus marshal. Just imagine on a crowded bus, with 3 persons with large bags stopping a stage bus. For a short while, Metro and bus terminals required all passengers to scan their luggage before entering its premises but now only inter-city terminals are still maintaining that procedure.

It's impossbile to equip scanning machine at each bus station. Perhaps, we can develop smaller-size scanning machines and equip them on buses. When the passengers get on the bus, the driver can immediately know whether they carry dangerous articles in their baggage.

There are, I think more than 500 stage buses in Shenzhen, and there are more than 20 cities in Guangdong alone.

Anyway, it will cost a lot of money. Many cities have bought air-conditioned public buses. There are just several windows that can be opened. If we don't equip auto-explosion device to break the windows under emergent situations, the passengers can't get out easily.

Wan,

Most buses have hammers instead of auto-explosion devices. The hammers are too small to break the windows.

How small the hammer is, still can be used to break the class because that small red hammer is specially made meant to break the glass. You'll be surprised to find out how that small hammer does great wonder.

Wan,

It's about 16cm long and 6cm wide. I don't know if it will work. But many people don't know how to use it. This picture tells how to use it correctly. I saw another one on Taobao.com. It's called RESQME and looks as small as a key. But it is very powerful. You can use it to cut off the safety belt and break the windows.
