The old saying is: to err is human. That doesn't mean mistakes can't be rectified. One rotten apple found doesn't mean the whole box are rotten. My sister no. 6 died due to negligence of a doctor during surgery so I will never go for any surgery? Definitely not. Professionals they have qualifications and experience, and they know their line of work. We may ask other professionals too for second opinion.

Yes, but the whole box of apples would have rotten if we didn't pick up the rotten one immediately.
